"This place was AMAZING!!! It exceeded my expectations 100%. I have so much to say!!! First off, the pictures DO NOT do this place justice. The interior is PRISTINE and there are so many amazing details- all wood windows, just tons of gorgeous finished wood, pottery, it almost feels like the inside of a boat. ITS BEAUTIFUL! You will be blown away. I also hadn't realized that there are two bathrooms but there's one inside the windmill and another outside- both really nice and immaculate and updated and near the outside one there is this beautiful sitting area with a built in couch with cushions, some chairs and a big sink and stuff. It's amazing and from there you can see the sea. We woke up early one morning and watched the sun rise over the ocean from there! The place itself is situated at the top of a hill which gives you views in so many directions. You can see the ocean, the very picturesque village of Lefkes and then the surrounding more rural hillsides. My description does no justice for the views from here. It's breath taking. As for Lefkes, as a tourist I really only knew of Naousa and Paroikia but I am soooo happy we decided to stay where we did. I highly recommend walking through Lefkes a bunch while you're there... it's a short walk from the windmill, maybe five minutes and it's just perfect. You have to walk a few blocks to really hit the heart of it but once you're there you'll know..... In summary, this place is great. They also just went above and beyond by leaving a bunch of goodies for us like a local bottle of wine, nougat, Greek honey and much more. They were available every time I had a question and made everything easy as can be.....Thanks for having us! Until next time...."
